Help with Checkout/Payments at SwiSh

The Checkout process consists of two stages:
ORDER
PLACEMENT
 

The order placement consists of supplying your contact details and selecting the delivery and payment options required.

Once this information is complete, click the "Place Order Now" button to:

  1. create your order
  2. reserve the stock
  3. and display the relevant Payment screen or information
     N.B. ONCE ORDER PLACEMENT IS COMPLETE, IF FOR ANY REASON THE PAYMENT STAGE IS NOT COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY THE ORDER IS HELD AND STOCK RESERVED FOR 24 HOURS TO ALLOW YOU TO CONTACT SWISH AND MAKE PAYMENT.
PAYMENT  

All card payments at SwiSh are processed securely by online payment industry leading processor - PAYPAL - and full address verification and 3D checks are used wherever available.

If you have a PayPal account you can short-cut the checkout process by going straight to PayPal from the cart screen.
For all other available payment methods, select "Proceed to Checkout" from the cart screen.

Payments can fail or be rejected for a number of reasons including:

  •  - Loss of connection
  •  - No address verification
  •  - Payment card issued in country not on allowed list

N.B. As at 27 April 2016, there is one known error in payment processing that can cause of payment failure intermittently:

  1. blank, unscrollable or badly positioned security check stage on some mobile devices

SwiSh apologises if you experience this issue - we are pursuing resolution of the issue with PayPal.
